Island Park

We went to Island Park Friday thru Monday. It was tons of fun. Even though it rained most of the time we still had fun. The sun came out a few times. During one of the brief sunny moments Indee and Max went out on a canoe ride. Indee of course has no fear. They went clear out to the middle of the lake and back. Max was even rocking the canoe on purpose and Indee thought it was fun. Our little dare devil is going to give me a heart attack one day.

As a side note:

We did celebrate Father's Day up there. Indee is so lucky to have such a wonderful dad. He is an amazing father and husband. We couldn't ask for more. We love you Max!!

My new purchase

A PIANO!!

My school is being built on to and remodeled. Yesterday during moving we came across this piano. No one wanted it. Max and I decided we just didn't have room for it. Last night I could not stop thinking about it so I went to school and said I will take it. It is beautiful! It needs a little love but others wise it is great. The keys are ivory and not one of them is chipped. It has beautiful detail work on. I need to do some research on it. I am just so excited to have a piano in our home. I haven't played in such a long time. Now I don't have an excuse. Indee keeps telling me thank you thank you. So at least someone appreciates it. The best part of the whole thing is I only paid $100!!!!

Indee's Story

Indee was born @ 10:31 pm on April 23. She had sucked in muchonium, so that doctor sucked that out but then she stopped making noise. The nurses took her to the side and started working on her, soon she was ran down the hall to the NICU. We found out that she was stable and went to see her. The nurses decided she was doing good and gave her a bath. This made her body crash. At 3:30 am we were told that she was very sick and would be flying to Primary Children’s in Salt Lake. At 6:30 am she was on a venerator and on her way with her Daddy by her side; having one blood transfusion on the plane and other when they arrived at the hospital. I checked out at 8:30 and my mom drove me to Salt Lake. We found out that Indee had ammonia, pulmonary hypertension, low blood pressure and was on a ventilator. She was on a lot of extreme medicine. She was an extreme fighter. After they let her come out of her comatose state, we had to pin her arm to the blankets because she would take her pick line arm that had a board attached to it, and bang it on her venerator. After many days of tests we found out this was all caused because Indee and I had grown a vein between us but I was stealing blood and not replacing. The doctors have no idea how much blood was in her system but they can not explain how her kidneys, lungs and brain developed with what she had. She is truly our little miracle. After two weeks in the NICU with amazing doctors and nurses we came home. With oxygen but still home. After 3 months we sent the oxygen away. She is now an amazing 4 year old! We couldn’t ask for more!! We love you Indee!!

Camas's Story

November 16, 2010 I went to the hospital at 8PM to get started. I was already having contractions 5 minutes apart but they were not intense. Took some drugs and tried to sleep through the night. At 7AM on November 17 the doc broke my water. We found out there was mucunium again! (totally freaked me out) My contractions started to get pretty intense so epidural to the recscue. At 11AM I started pushing but not much was happening. I kept falling asleep inbetween pushes so we waited for the doc to arrive. After about an 1 1/2 hours of pushing on and off we were getting closer. Camas did not want to come so they tried to vaccuum. They realized she was posterier (face up) so a different vaccuum came out. Twice they tried and I tried with no luck. Her heart rate was dropping rapidly and they told me we had to get her out. The doc was ready with the forcepts and we tried on more time; stopped her and sucked out has much mucunium as possible. She was then taken to the side where respitory was waiting incase, the charge nurse, our nurse and another lady. It was a full house. She arrived at 12:31 PM on November 17. After a few minutes of suction we had a screaming baby in our hands. After all of the stress and worrying she is very healthy and happy newborn!
